Phil.

This does not have to be your last post. :-)

In my book, everyone (except spammers!) is allowed one mistake. Neither Rieni
nor I have banned you.

AFAIC Rieni is entitled to use the word "crap" and you are entitled to disagree
with him, but I don't consider that either of you is ignorant or not ignorant
because you do or don't use that particular word. Would you believe that I got
thrown off an IP's forum last year for using the word "crap" because the admin.
decided that "crap" was swearing!!! Now THAT I call ignorant. <g>

My own opinion is that if the "masses" act on one person's opinion (crap) then
they get what they deserve! I don't believe in "nannying" except for the very
young. Adults are quite capable of asking further questions (as you have done)
before making an informed decision.

With regard to your views, by all means stand by them, but please don't defend
them by flaming. I hope we can let this one rest.

Regards,

Alan.

.............I was just trying to stress the importance of balanced opinions,
because what we write here is probably listened to and acted on by a
lot of people, and a bad experience, if posted as a bad experience,
can provide invaluable insight, but to post and write something off
as `crap' without any justification is ignorant and dangerous, and as
I said, I had hoped the group was better than that.

Anyway, if Rieni is the moderator this could be my last post, so I
stand by my views and thank everyone who has contributed valuable
justified insights over the years, both good and bad!
