Local cable channels also do various off the wall stuff. I've seen a
'technology gadget show' run by two teenage geek boys and 'the fish show'
which is several hours of watching tropical fish swim in a tank.

Why not do a show or commercial on the public access channels? All you
need is a digital video camera, a Mac with iMovie, a friend with more
creative tendancies than your own and sign up for a time slot.
