There have no doubt been many reviews of RED, the play about Rothko. Anyone interested outside New York who nevertheless has access to the magazine NEW YORK might look into the current, April 12, issue to see what gassy comments the play can evoke from allegedly sophisticated critics. The NEW YORK piece is a conversation between and art critic and a theater critic. Quite awful.
