My favorite Mexican tamales are made from masa ... ingredients are pork with red chile...like the ones my wife made which we shared with Chuck. There are sweet (dulce) and some with with cheese along with other meats but I only eat the red ones. The article was subscription type so I only read about one paragraph....a tamalada has a double entendre meaning...... like a good tussle in bed...nudge nudge
