I never sow why people are so against employers choosing to offer healthcare, Why would anybody be against a company offering a benefit...no company cars, no christmas bonuses, Since the government needs out of the mix, no Overtime. Thanks to the new mandate, i did the estimator last night and no matter how i look at it im paying 12k+ out of my pocket in one form or another before insurance kicks in each year, i wouldnt be able to pay that if my employer hadnt opted to provide the insurance as a benefit. You want to tell me that my employer shouldnt be allowed to do that? I dont have a problem if hes telling me I cant smoke dope in exchange for 12 grand worth of something, I do have the option to walk away
