Very similar to Site Pro MM02. What's the MSRP on yours?
I don't suppose you know if yours fits the bolt pattern on other Site
Pro mounts, like the UGLM:

frames and standoffs and you can mix & match.

I'm pretty sure it's from the Site Pro catalog.
They sell different frames and standoffs that match the 4-hole
pattern. I was looking at them recently for a monopole mount. Pretty
slick, but pricey.
Is that one of our standoffs?

Bolt in anchors 5 inch...a 3/4 nut flush to face on each of 4 bolts.
Install mount. Then washer , pressure washer and nut. Levels on
mount. Then adjust back nut until mount is level. Luckily didn't
need too much to get..tighten up and complete installation. 6 more
to go.
