We may offer a bit of assistance at the time of the install, or once over the phone, depending on how busy we are. From then on it is not our problem, but we are willing to come out and check it out for $44.95 for the first hour and $39.95 for each additional hour. These are the lowest service rates around though, so they occasionally take us up on it.
