But what about new equipment authorizations? I think the timing in the 450i was to get it in before the old 5 GHz rules turned into a pumpkin. I’m wondering if it is still possible to get new or modified equipment approved under Part 90.
Actually, I’ll have to read the test report on the 450i to see if they went with 15.247 or 15.407 for 5.7 GHz.
