The whole platform is built around automated testing. Every singlething we can think of has an automated test written around it. Soanytime we change anything, we can run our test suite (which alreadytakes a very long time..) and know categorically if we've brokenanything. On desktop, mobile, the API, billing, one credit cardprocessor in particular - everything.


Makes it a lot easier to say 'we're very confident this works.'

I think, the other thing that is going to make this different is we'renot trying to make every single thing possible for every singleperson. We brought an accountant on board to help design the billingsystem. She directed us in the application of a lot of the billingfunctionality so it could be reported properly and audited properly.This means it's pretty likely at some point, somebody is going to askto do XYZ, and we're going to say no - not because we don't want to,but because we've built a system that adheres to a specific set ofprinciples, and in the eyes of the system, deviating from thoseprinciples is fundamentally wrong.

The good side of that is that things just work in a sane way, andwe're really confident that anyone with an accounting background isgoing to be happy with the reporting and audit trail in the system.We're building the front end to be pretty simple and easy to use (youdon't need to be a CPA to figure out how to bill) and that's reallyhow we're trying to approach each part of the system - have a clearset of laws defined for how a specific system works, and then buildinterfaces that lets humans easily use them.
