Wow, I'm hearing a lot more negative responses about ACH than I imagined.

I'm going to use IPPay, and have had good experiences with them so far.
Bounced ACH is a $5 fee, so I figured anyone who bounced would be required
to sign up for CC thereafter (and if they bounced less than once every 3
months, it was still cheaper than CC. I was even considering only ACH for
the first 2-3 months.

So, my take-away is this: If I'm going to use ACH, make sure I have control
over repeat offenders, and be sure to weigh the savings against the
headaches after a period of time. Also, perhaps I should not promote it
with a discount since that may draw in possible overdrafts.
