I saw that on news..they need gasoline for generators..I have seen the COWs
military uses during war games at McGregor and White Sands Missile
Ranges..they have a section of Fort Bliss where they store these...they
look like Glen Martin telescoping towers on trailers...wonder if we could
send some of these for rescue and recovery ?
