This whole thread is fucked up - and notice that in the last decade, this is the ONLY time I have used this F-word word.
Capitalism is rewarding only to those who would trade EVERYTHING for money. Our present society presents everyone with a simple choice - children or retirement, take your choice. All societies need rules and limits, as otherwise, only serial killers would survive. Saudi Arabia has different rules that work well to keep every child's living parents together, whereas we have the crap "freedoms" to encourage nearly all parents to rip their families apart. I have been in both places, and Saudi Arabia (before they had their own immigrant invasion) was by nearly all rational measures superior, e.g. negligible divorce rate, no "1%" split and homelessness (due to zakat and limitless land), Western "freedoms" are largely self destructive, etc. Fortunately, people whose thinking can get THIS fucked up will NEVER EVER be able to build a working AGI. Remembering that the people on this list are among the smartest people in our society... Throwing atomic weapons or AGI's into our present society is like handing out loaded guns to 3-year-olds. Our society is NOT (yet) ready for them. An Islamabomb is only a few years away. Fortunately, AGI now seems MUCH further away.
