The simplest way to decide is to ask the resulting AGI itself to list all the people who it credits with having made the necessary breakthroughs that led to its existence. If a frequent poster is on the list, you win the bet. Other than that, some sort of consensus agreement by the AGI community at large that a breakthrough has been made and that **** should receive the credit.
