Sorry, you've just concentrated power in the hands of a management
that has already been shown to be incredibly corrupt. (My take on
this is that lack of consequences leads to corruption, but that's a
slightly different topic.) Many corporation pay their top
management *extremely* large salaries, while shafting both the lower
level employees and the stockholders. In fact many corporations pay
their top executives huge salaries while losing money hand over
fist.
