I stay away from caffeine, chocolate, alcohol and other mind-altering
substances.

I prefer to simply have good nutrition. Choline as in sunflower lecithin,
is the healthy equivalent of caffeine, as it improves memory, attention,
and focus.
it is also a healthy equivalent of hallucinogens as it promotes vivid DMT
dreams, which you can easily remember upon waking.

DHA-EPA is healthy equivalent of anti-depressants, and amphetamines, as it
boosts mood and attention.

Also I thought to me obviously, that it is best to stay away from hormones
(testosterone), injections as it disbalances the endocrine system.
What I'm sure helps with getting things done, is actually being healthy,
and planning.

GMO's have multitude of bad problems, such as pesticides and reproductive
interference.
Also chemical supplements, have been shown on long term to be detrimental.
So it's much better to get nutrients from natural foods.
