Truly, I have done extended introspection, and come to very different
conclusions than you....   Many other cog sci researchers have also done
extended introspection and come to different conclusions than you...

I think you have a very limited conception of an "algorithm" ...

I'm not much of a visual artist, but I've spent many hundreds of hours
introspecting into the thought processes underlying improvising music....
 Maybe I'll find time to write those introspections up one day ;) ... but
at the moment it doesn't seem the most productive use of my time...
