Part of them, yes, but not all --- our differences usually turn out to
be larger than your estimation, though smaller than mine. :)

I would say that they do have intelligence.

You see, we do disagree here. To me, system that don't learn at all or
assume infinite resources have zero intelligence, though they can be
useful for other purposes.
