"No interest" isn't accurate. I'm certainly interested in what people
have to say on the problem. The reason I didn't comment is because I
don't have a solution - that is, I know how to write software that can
draw certain kinds of analogies in certain contexts, but I don't know
how to write software that can do it anywhere near as generally as
humans can. But if other people have ideas on how to do so, I'm all
ears!
