Hi All, My name is Ben Woodeson, I'm an artist based in Glasgow, working primarily in sound based sculpture and installation. My most recent show is on at the Red Gallery in Hull until the 10th of Nov. Previous documentation is on my web site, http://www.woodeson.co.uk although the new work will only be up in a few weeks.
I was wondering what people feel should be the role of the list? Last year I set up a sound art mail list, which worked quite well but didn't really survive a move to a different service provider (I will definitely check out the one Calum suggested). There is a certain critical mass necessary for lists to thrive, and of course the need for considerable shared interest. Where do people anticipate this can go?
