How many of the enjoyable YouTube videos do you think there would have been if Google had charged $25 per sign-up for it?
What I'm trying to find is a decent reason for charging developers. It may not discourage those with apps already written, but it may discourage developers from coming to the platform, especially if they're not going to generate any cash from the app. Al.
