"are an important part of what "we" call Android"

Alas we are not the ones in a position to define what *is* Android.

If a train is 1 minute late I call it late, but unless it's 10 minutes late the
UK train operators don't count it in their statistics for late trains because
they're the ones reporting the stats so they define what late is.

As I understand things anything in the Android repository
(http://android.git.kernel.org/) *is* Android. Anything else is considered
proprietary additions.
