What changed in the earlier incident is that we got other data points that backed your position, and I never quibbled once the evidence mounted. Heck, I was grateful that a cause was identified. I await seeing other data points on the topics you outlined. If the problems are not reported elsewhere or are not that widespread, then perhaps there is a hardware defect with your device (e.g., something causing inadequate heat shedding, leading to intermittent processor failures). That too is bad, particularly if there are lots of affected devices, but means a replacement device would resolve the issue, and it means that Android-the-OS may not be the culprit. > I'm 100% positive it's not the network > either because lately it happens to like 90% of all my calls.
