For me localisation and device customisation are the biggest issues. Who cares if a new app store lets me sell apps in Elbonia on a low end tablet with customised firmware, if I can’t support users when they have problems?
I’d like to see an app store help out with localisation (custom Android tool anyone?), and helping out with testing when an issue arises.
