Yup, it is a bit hilarious when in actuality you only have 3 levels: pre-teen, teen and mature. "All" would be like saying "pre-teen" and above.

Of course as with a lot of Android development stuff it smacks of inexperienced teams dreaming it up and probably told "don't look at what anyone else does because it may be patented." Sigh, the tech world especially Sillycon Valley can be really weird at times. :-D

Personally I can't see what this rule is trying to achieve and it seems weird, 
so has anyone got any theories as to why it's in place?
They don't want kids giving their location out, seems reasonable to
me.
