Wouldn't matter if you had. This <sarcasm>New and Improved</sarcasm> Market appears to ignore the android:required="false" attribute; I have it for all of my apps, yet they're still listing those features as "This apk requests 4 features that will be used for Android Market filtering". The particular irony here is that I added this crap after the dev blog post on Market Housekeeping (http://android-developers.blogspot.com/ 2010/11/market-housekeeping-alert.html). So after specifically directing us to insert these manifest elements, it now appears that Google will filter out apps that are using it correctly. Classic. I try not to be to hard on the Market "team". I really do. But during a week like this, it's tough.
