I see my apps have the "pre-teen" box selected (all are location aware) too but does that mean the app is rated that way or that's just the way it appears for the moment? It seem prudent to go ahead and save the settings (and upload the 512x512 graphic even if it's blank) than rely on the setting remaining as "pre-teen" once the deadline passes.
