They have them up this morning but all my apps which have "fine
location" are already market "Pre-teen" so I didn't need to do
anything. The ones I needed to check as "All" I couldn't because they
"require" the 512x512 graphic so after checking the rating box and
hitting save it would take me to that upload field. Now the first email
said the 1024 and 512 graphics were required and the second specify any
required. Not only than neither email about the graphic had a deadline
for when they had to be up, only the ratings one did.

it implemented yet! They must be "implying" that you'll be able to set
