I didn't notice any upswing in support requests - I don't know if this is because Amazon are the first level support for their market, or if it's because our apps are quite established and we don't get a lot of issues anymore anyway.
On the day immediately after the promotion sales increased to over 6000% of the previous average daily sales. As the game fell down the bestseller list it seems to be settling at around 500% of previous levels.
