I'm afraid that's absolute bollocks. It's common sense, if someone hasn't paid for it they're not REALLY particularly interested, it is a whim. Another example of marketers sometimes even scientists twisting and comparing diferently collected data from different environments or simply the way the question was asked. OTOH if they like it they will be amasingly happy with you and may blog for you.
