Well, they don't read these groups, so we're OK there =P You're absolutely right though that it would be difficult for a new Market person to jump in, but not impossible. If someone came along and posted "Hello, I'm new here and looking to help out", or an existing member posting "we're looking to change things around" and then actually followed through, I'm sure most people here would be supportive and understanding of that and beyond appreciative of this individual.
