Well, as a developer, yes, I would. :) NetFlix isn't really a good comparison, because how you rate apps in the store doesn't really affect what's recommended to you. > I'm would be pleased with a 3 star and a 4 star. When I was at PlayFirst, they talked about wanting to have a lot of 5's and a lot of 1's. If users review your apps with a lot of 3's, then it's not exciting enough. They need to be excited by it in order to buy it -- or at least keep playing it. Not sure if this applies outside of the world of games, but there it is.
