Companies who do actual studies on app buying behavior do not agree with that opinion. Nielsen mobile ratings for example. Their data looked pretty sound. That may not change the fact that you don't know how much they influence your particular app, nor that you may not be able to do much about it. Mark, I think you are already doing the right things for that situation. Focus on the positive comments and figure out how to get more of them and get more of those satisfied people to comment.
