Well, you've found the one that Google wants you to use!

This is an anti-competitive move by Google, and I imagine they will have to 
avoid saying what ad networks you can/can't use, and instead will simply 
make it a pain to use anything besides theirs.

I'm sure Google knows the ad business, but it isn't in the best interest of 
developers for them to be the only player.

Well, if you take the terms literally, no guarantee. Admob will probably 
have policies compatible with the terms mentioned, but if they fail to 
screen ads, YOU will be liable for any ads that are not family friendly or 
mimic system dialogs.
