Its even simpler. Every ad network gives a third party control over what 
displays in your app, so I see no reason to trust any of them. You can 
guess that Admob will comply, and ... anything else? 

No ad network has any track record with the new regulations yet. Just 
pointing out that the situation will lead many developers in the short term 
to just use Admob, or no ads at all. Given what you've said above, I don't 
think you necessarily disagree.
