Sounds feasible, but quite a lot of work. You could set up a prototype using Apertium. Although I expect that going through Esperanto is going to lead to some rather odd translations. (es-eo) "La entreprenisto certigas ke ĝi nur povis aliri la urban sekurecon al la konstruaĵo en kiu oni akuzas lin kaŝi la biletojn" (eo-en) "The contractor ensures that it only could access the municipal security one charges him conceal the tickets" (es-en) "The employer ensures that only it could access the municipal security to the building in which it accuses him to hide the tickets" Have you looked at the literature on the topic ?
