If you learn word processing on one platform, you can easily transfer
those skills to another one.  (Same to some extent with DB or SS).
There's only so many ways you can bold, italicize, or indent words.  Learn
what you need to know and then it's just a matter of finding out where the
same commands are in the other program.  And from there, any additional
features are just icing (or inedible chunks depending on the user
interface.  :) )

I just rescued around 100 A2 software packages from the college I work at
part-time--they were going to be tossed out.  I'm working on seeing how
many I can get released as freeware thru the Lost Classics Project, but it
may be a bit.  :)
