There are many Apple II emulators on the Macintosh, and it seems like you can get one for anything from the Plus to the latest G5. The big problem is actually getting your Apple II software on to the Mac: no Mac supports the Apple II 5.25" drive (unless you have a IIe card) and you cannot read 800 kB 3.5" floppies on New World Macs (pretty much the iMac onwards). Many Apple IIs don't support 3.5" drives without special hardware anyway. Besides, the poster in question doesn't want to keep the data in Apple II format.
