Shouldn't that be 7E1 ?

Have you tried any of these instead?

Arachne can _properly_ use the CS DNS.
I've been browsing for the last 45 min using the above DNS settings
instead of the Cisnet.com DNS
(204.179.144.2 and 204.179.144.150)
I'll now try the freewwweb DNS
