Matt,
Sometimes you won't get a line of gibberish to indicate that you are supposed
to hit the F7 key. I just moved to Freewwweb and didn't get the gibberish.
The first time I tried to log onto Freewwweb, I waited, then got a "Login:"
command, which I entered my user name, then got a password request, which I
typed in my password, and got an "incorrect password" message. Just a minute
and let me see what comes up when I duplicate that.
The message is: "Terminal Mode: Press <Alt-P> or F7 ..."
When (if) that appears, press F7 and see what happens.
If that doesn't work, try changing "IP Address PPP" to read,
IP Address %MYIP%
