Yes, that's it. Tonight I had LSPPP connected to quick.cz. 

In order to force the login script the environment variable LSPPP has 
to be modified to:

/dle:999999999

Then arachne.cfg needs to be changed: 

DialPage file:ppp_init.htm
Dialer @lh lspppd.exe /l
TerminalWindow @lh lspppd.exe
UseTerminal Yes
Autologin Yes
WaitFor1 name:
Response1 \u
WaitFor2 sword:
Response2 \p
WaitFor3 >
Response3 ppp
PPPusername MyUsername
PPPpassword MyPassword

The settings for WaitFor/Response may vary according to your ISP. 
The login dialogue can be followed on the screen.
