I don't understand. Maybe there is something I am missing. If you 
have internet access at all, then you can almost always use DOS
if you want. I want to say "always" but, like I said, maybe
there is something I'm missing here.

Your ISP may not know that you can use DOS, but you certainly should
be able to with most typical dial up connections.

Maybe your situation is not typical somehow.

I thought you had a special interest in DOS.
