yes
I have ISDN....and got a ISDN card (yes, was a stupid idea...but i
recognized it too late)
from the telekom which has no CAPI support. So I can only use it in Windows.
I wanted to buy a ISDN modem or another ISDN card (but I think Modem would
be better?) but haven't the money (There were some old one but I wanted
to support a new one so that they see that some people still need DOS
support :-).
I wouldn't have any problem with the provider, i think.
