First run. But that's with Smartdrv installed. Without Smartdrv it takes
1 min, 51 secs to run Speedchk and the hard drive sounds like a cheap
coffee grinder.

I'll give it a go and let you know. So far have you discoverd an
advantage to IBM DOS 3.30?
