Keith - you can likely use an active link error with a Run If where $CLIENT_TYPE$ != 9 (OR = some number) You'll have to go find the correct number that corresponds to the thick client user tool as I do not remember it off the top of my head, but that should work for you. The 9 I believe indicates the web client. Be prepared for some angry customers.
