Frank, Did you get any errors while starting your email engine?
Is the service still running? Check to see if your emaild.pid file exists in the installation folder.. Also check the error logs on the Email error logs form and see if there are any records created for fatal errors.. See anything in the arerror.log file? My exchange server is Microsoft Exchange and for outgoing the protocol is SMTP relay with outgoing port as 25. I do not have SSL enabled. I am providing the username and password of the user that I am trying to send the email to in Email configuration form and I have the same user configured in my User form with the same Email Address. My Email configuration form is configured correctly and when I try sending email from Email Messages form, it says "Yes" instead of "Sent". I do not have any clue as to why the notification is not going. Kindly help. Rgds., Frank ____________________________________________________________________________________ Don't get soaked.
