Performance is pretty bad, overall design is terrible.
You've got to wade through a massive list of products that you haven't bought to get docs/white papers on those that you do have. Its only recently that I've started looking at it again, probably the last time was a good 6 months back at my prior post, and at that point, the site wasn't too bad. Why have they made such a pointless set of changes. Whats the adage - if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
