Just to make sure I understand what you are wanting to know. Your users submit tickets to Remedy by sending emails. They are wanting to be able to send attachments to Remedy. So this is inbound to Remedy attachments thru emails?
If they send an attachment in to Remedy now is the attachment stored in the Email Attachments form?
