The language barrier is a pretty big problem.  Some are pretty good (accent
wise) others....not so much.  I say this not as an insult to anyone, merely
a statement of fact.

I really urge everyone to hammer away at the support issues at
UserWorld....  This is getting rediculous for the amount of money we spend
on support.
