Ty,
Can you provide a summary of what you had to do, at a high level, and what
are you able to do with it...and how long it took? 

I am curious if you built notification mechanism too...I mean in Actions,
are you able to do ITSM 7 style notifications by sending flags to filters
(similar to how OOB SLA templates do), instead of directly doing a Notify
action? This is really ptional, I agree, but I'm just curious.
