Hi: In my environment Remedy in sends worklog entries to another
webservice on a different system. For some reason the webservice request
originating from Remedy is missing the carriage return. When I view the
worklog entry in Remedy's HPF: Work Info form, the entry does show
carriage return. Anyone experienced this?
